Millennials and Mentoring Make a Fine Mix

This generation is quickly growing up to be your managers, leaders, and innovators. Unfortunately, 63% of Millennials say their leadership skills are not being fully developed (Source: 2016 Deloitte Millennial Survey).

You can do something about this. Three out of four Millennials would like to have a mentor (Source: MTV Research, “No Collar Workers,” 2012). The Deloitte survey also found that those intending to stay with their organization for more than five years are twice as likely to have a mentor (68%), than not (32%).
