New services range from strategic consulting and outsourced program administration, to mentee and mentor training and social learning manager certification. In order to provide the proper attention to these new services, we are excited to announce that Randy Emelo will officially be shifting into the role of Founder and Chief Strategist, allowing him to focus on the development and delivery of these offerings. Additionally, Chris Browning has been promoted to President of River and will be focused on overseeing and driving the performance of the organization.
